Meet Alana

Welcome!

I feel privileged to be invited into my clients' lives and deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek support. I’m passionate about supporting you as we navigate feelings of loneliness, fear, and sadness together.

Who I Work With

I’m passionate about working with teens (16 & up), college students, and young adults navigating transitions, identity, and the complexities that come with emerging adulthood, helping them build confidence and find their voice during these pivotal stages of life. Whether you’re building self-confidence, managing relationship anxiety, or dealing with family dynamics, I offer a safe space where you can feel valued and understood.

I also find great joy in working with couples, especially those preparing for marriage. I believe in the importance of building a strong foundation that can support the challenges and changes that often come with married life.

While I often work with individuals and couples in these life stages, I’m here for anyone seeking meaningful change and growth.

Faith and Spirituality

I value integrating faith and spirituality into our sessions when it aligns with your needs and desires. As a Christian, I'm happy to incorporate faith into our work together if that’s something you’re interested in. I'm equally dedicated to providing support and care to clients who prefer not to include spirituality or do not share the same faith. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and personalized space for your healing journey.

When I’m Not In Session

I'm usually spending time with my husband and friends, going for a run, or playing pickleball. I also love any chance I get to read on my Kindle or catch up on my favorite TV series.
